מי אחראי למידע
האפליקציה פצפון מופעלת על ידי Go Technologies 558624524, הסייפן 76 גן יבנה, ישראל. לכל שאלה בנושא פרטיות אפשר לפנות אלינו בכתובת edenmeshulam20@gmail.com.
פצפון היא אפליקציה ללימוד אנגלית לילדים בגילאי 3–8. אנחנו מתייחסים לפרטיות של ילדים ברצינות: איננו אוספים מידע אישי על הילד/ה, ואיננו מבקשים ממנו/ממנה למסור פרטים כלשהם. המידע היחיד שנאסף הוא מידע טכני מצומצם שספקי התשלום שלנו זקוקים לו כדי לטפל ברכישה, כמפורט להלן.
איזה מידע איננו אוספים
- איננו מבקשים שם, כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון או תאריך לידה.
- איננו יוצרים חשבון משתמש ואיננו מבקשים הרשמה.
- איננו משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה, מעקב או פרסום מכל סוג שהוא.
- איננו מוכרים מידע ואיננו משתפים אותו עם צדדים שלישיים לצורכי שיווק.
מיקרופון וזיהוי דיבור
במשחק ההגייה האפליקציה מבקשת גישה למיקרופון, כדי לבדוק אם המילה באנגלית נאמרה נכון. זיהוי הדיבור מוגדר לפעול במכשיר עצמו בלבד. ההקלטה אינה נשמרת, אינה מועלית לשרת ואינה נשלחת אלינו או לכל גורם אחר — היא משמשת לרגע ההשוואה בלבד ונמחקת מיד.
אפשר לדלג על משחק ההגייה ולהשתמש בכל שאר האפליקציה גם בלי לאשר גישה למיקרופון.
התקדמות ונתוני משחק
ההתקדמות של הילד/ה — מילים שנלמדו, כוכבים, מדבקות והישגים — נשמרת במכשיר עצמו בלבד. המידע הזה אינו מגיע אלינו ואינו מגובה לשרת שלנו. מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת אותו לצמיתות.
רכישות והמידע שנאסף בהן
רכישות בתוך האפליקציה מנוהלות באמצעות RevenueCat, ומעובדות על ידי Apple App Store או Google Play.
כדי לזהות מנוי פעיל, RevenueCat יוצר מזהה אקראי שאינו מכיל שם, אימייל או כל פרט מזהה שמסרנו לו. יחד עם זאת, כמו בכל שירות מקוון, RevenueCat מקבל גם נתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP, סוג המכשיר ומדינה. בחלק מהדינים — ובכללם ה‑GDPR — נתונים אלה עשויים להיחשב מידע אישי, ולכן אנחנו מציינים אותם במפורש ואיננו טוענים שאיננו אוספים דבר.
פרטי התשלום עצמם נמסרים ישירות ל‑Apple או ל‑Google ואינם עוברים דרכנו בשום שלב.
כל הרכישות ממוקמות מאחורי שער הורים, כך שילד/ה אינו/ה יכול/ה לבצע רכישה לבד.
הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד (GDPR)
- ביצוע חוזה (סעיף 6(1)(b)) — לצורך אספקת מנוי בתשלום וניהולו.
- אינטרס לגיטימי (סעיף 6(1)(f)) — לצורך אבטחה, מניעת הונאות ותפעול תקין של השירות.
העברת מידע אל מחוץ לאיחוד האירופי
RevenueCat, Apple ו‑Google פועלים בין היתר בארצות הברית. משמעות הדבר היא שנתוני הרכישה הטכניים עשויים לעבור אל מחוץ לאזור הכלכלי האירופי. העברות אלה מתבצעות במסגרת המנגונים המשפטיים של אותם ספקים, ובכללם תניות חוזיות תקניות (SCCs).
שמירת מידע
נתוני ההתקדמות נשמרים במכשיר עד שהאפליקציה נמחקת. רשומות הרכישה נשמרות אצל ספקי התשלום למשך התקופה הנדרשת לצורך חובות חשבונאיות ומיסוי, בהתאם למדיניות שלהם.
הזכויות שלכם
בכפוף לדין החל, עומדות לכם הזכויות לעיין במידע, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו, להגביל את עיבודו ולהתנגד לו. מאחר שאיננו מחזיקים בעצמנו מידע מזהה, פנייה אלינו בכתובת שלמעלה תופנה על ידינו לספק הרלוונטי. תושבי האיחוד האירופי רשאים גם להגיש תלונה לרשות הפיקוח המקומית.
ילדים
האפליקציה מיועדת לילדים ותוכננה כך שתעמוד בדרישות COPPA, ב‑GDPR (לרבות סעיף 8) ובמדיניות הילדים של Apple ו‑Google. איננו אוספים מידע אישי מילדים לצרכים שיווקיים, ואיננו מציגים פרסומות. הורה שמעוניין לעיין במידע או למחוק אותו מוזמן לפנות אלינו בכתובת שלמעלה.
שינויים במדיניות
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. שינוי מהותי יוצג גם בתוך האפליקציה.

Who is responsible for your data

Pizpon is an English-learning app for children aged 3–8. We take children's privacy seriously: we collect no personal information about the child, and we never ask them to provide any details. The only data collected is the limited technical data our payment providers need in order to process a purchase, described below.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, or date of birth.
- There is no user account and no sign-up.
- We use no analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
- We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Microphone and speech recognition
The pronunciation game asks for microphone access so it can check whether an English word was said correctly. Speech recognition is configured to run on the device. Audio is never stored, never uploaded, and never sent to us or to anyone else — it is used for the moment of comparison and then discarded.
The pronunciation game can be skipped, and the rest of the app works without granting microphone access.
Progress and gameplay data
A child's progress — words learned, stars, stickers, and achievements — is stored on the device only. It never reaches us and is not backed up to any server of ours. Deleting the app deletes it permanently.
Purchases and the data they involve
In-app purchases are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
To recognise an active subscription, RevenueCat generates a random identifier that contains no name, email, or other identifying detail from us. However, as with any online service, RevenueCat also receives technical data such as IP address, device type, and country. Under some laws — including the GDPR — this may qualify as personal data, so we state it explicitly rather than claiming that nothing at all is collected.
Payment details themselves go directly to Apple or Google and never pass through us at any stage.
All purchases sit behind a parental gate, so a child cannot make one alone.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide and manage a paid subscription.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for security, fraud prevention, and reliable operation of the service.
Transfers outside the EU
RevenueCat, Apple, and Google operate in part from the United States, which means technical purchase data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the providers' own legal mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Data retention
Progress data stays on the device until the app is deleted. Purchase records are retained by the payment providers for as long as their accounting and tax obligations require, in line with their own policies.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. Because we hold no identifying data ourselves, a request sent to the address above will be forwarded by us to the relevant provider. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
Children
This app is intended for children and has been designed to comply with COPPA, the GDPR (including Art. 8), and the children's policies of both Apple and Google. We do not collect personal information from children for marketing purposes, and we show no advertising. A parent who wishes to review or delete data may contact us at the address above.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. A material change will also be surfaced inside the app.
